He is the founding executive of Grand Hustle Records, and the owner of two successful clothing brands, AKOO and Hustle Gang. In 2016, Tip became an artist-owner of the global streaming service, TIDAL, alongside Jay Z, Beyoncé, Rihanna and others.

Tyrese Gibson, the Recording Academy / GRAMMY-nominated, Billboard-charting singer and actor, stopped by Studio A for a guided tour of the Motown Museum with our Archivist David Ellis. The Fast Saga funny man connected with the legacy of Motown in the most fascinating way – by removing his shoes. He wanted to feel closer to the sound of young America that is embedded in the floors of the Museum.

The Recording Academy / GRAMMY Award winning and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee was given a tour of the Museum and Studio A where he entertained his group and Museum staff members with song, dance and a bit of Flavor Flav history!
